VANCOUVER, B.C. - Cardero Resource Corp. (TSX:CDU) has struck a deal with Nanjinzhao Group Co., Ltd., a private Chinese company, to sell its 100 per cent stake in the Pampa de Pongo iron ore property in Peru.

The pricetag of the deal, announced Monday, is US$200 million.
