I gave a couple of people the heads up on this one - now that I'm almost finished reading it, I thought I'd post a general recommendation. It's not that there's any brilliant new insight to be gained - it's not that kind of book - but it is a very good summary of things you need to know to be a successful retail investor in these turbulent times. A bit late for a Christmas present, but exactly the kind of book you'd want to give to someone who keeps bugging you for investment advice.
