I concur.. HOU/USO etc are one huge scam designed to depress the price of oil and to milk uneducated investors that thought they were buying something that tracks oil price. I did some research and realized I have made a very big mistake by buying into this when I thought OIL was low and indeed made a recovery but HOU kept dropping..

HOU and USO track next month contract not near month contract..

This guarantees a contango.
