This is just another reason why I have stopped investing in most of the blue sky companies on the venture. The good stuf never seems to fully filter down to the shareholders. After investors take all the risk inherent in these stocks there almost always seems to be

1. A financing at too low a price.

2. A takeover at too low a price.

3. A stock option issue at too low a price.

4. Naked shorting driving down the price before a financing.

5. No regulation at all from the exchanges.

6. Governments passing new regulations to take most of the profits or the entire project.

Corruption seems to be rampant everywhere these days. I am sticking with companies that are in or close to production and that mostly have more than one project.
