the US government has now undone 230 years of contract law.

The approval of the Chrysler deal by the supreme court yesterday will eventually have a dramatic effect on the investment climate in the US.

Without contract law and property rights the US is no better than any other banana republic and I certainly will not be investing any money there.

As a Canadian I am puzzled why more US citizens are not up in arms about this???
