Yes. I put in an order this morning and saw the stock trade at and below my bid, yet no fills showed in my account. I then tried to cancel my order to no avail. When I looked at the actual trades that went through on that stock, I noticed a TD-to-TD trade that went through at my price and for my amount. Therefore, I suspect that my trade actually went through but that, for some reason, the TD system cannot provide confirmation at this time...
