I must say that watching the commentators on tv more or less laugh off China being an economic threat or potential economic superpower....has come full circle.

Comments like, 'They own so much U.S. debt, what can they do? They don't want the U.S. dollar to go down..they'll lose their shirts', and saying it with a smirk.

By the way, when I make comments about 'americans' I'm not talking about the average guy on the street. I love the average american. I just don't trust a politician....no matter where he's from.

We may not be at the 'beans and rice stage' yet, but nobody will read that on the front page of the newspaper '17 days til all hell breaks loose'. It tends to come as a bit of a shock. So it doesn't hurt to be prepared. No, I'm not saying build a bunker, but that wouldn't hurt either.

I think most people just don't realize how bad the situation is. If it were our familie's finances.... Not only would we be homeless, but they would be hunting us down like dogs on the run.

Sad part is, when the U.S. usually digs a hole like this, it starts a war....but they alraedy have Iraq and Afghanistan you say...yes I know, but they will need a real big one to cover up this mess. So, hold on to your shorts, watch the news re Iran and Israel. It'll be flag waving and damn the expense, We're goin after the bad guys!
