I'm definitely not a trader.

What I do this time of the year is cash in a little on profitable stocks, and wait for the bloom to come off a few. If you can't get in on the initial rush, you can wait while people who bought at the peak of the boom lose half their investment. I just took some principal off Kaminak and ATAC, and will wait for a buy-in on a few select juniors.

I'm not sure I know what I'm doing... But it seems to have worked the last few years. What happens inevitably is that there are lulls in information on juniors -for example, you aren't likely to hear about what evan a company who had a great hit is drilling right now. They pay a lot to rush one spectacular drill hole through the labs, and can't afford to get the rest for a few months. Result: boom, then a buy-in a month or two from now, before new results get out. Then, when their summer drill results become old news, they come down in value around March again.

Of course, this is only northern juniors. I wonder if a similar, but opposite, pattern exists in juniors in South America?
