John Dorfman, a Bloomberg columnist and CEO of Thunderstorm capital has just given this stock a strong plug. This must be a tiny stock for him. I don't know about the erratic trading pattern, but no doubt much attention has moved to this stock as a result, and this probably will include some dubious entities.
