POTASH bid fails...now what for other potash stocks (KCL et al..)

We all know the news by now,but am now pondering what this means for the other potash plays.Clearly there is demand,so do the major mining companies turn there attention to a mid comp like KCL?..or do they go smaller ?...or do they walk away....for a while?
