POTASH ONE takeover..anyone here wanna talk about pot..ash

So POTASH ONE has been offered 4.50 per share,and doin the research,it looks like that bid may (sadly) hold.Yeah,yeah..good for sask.,but bad for my wallet,plus i got a big family (damn xmas gifts !)...anyone have any thoughts on Potash One, or ideas on other Potash stocks?
