Here s the scoop..Up over 40% in 4-5 trading sessions.They are suing Apple,Intel,..and about 7 other majors for patent infingement.The court case was scheduled to start(jury selection) Jan 4th.The judge has recently given them a favourable ruling on an issue,and delayed the trial for a couple of weeks (more time to settle?).Recently LG settled,and only these final defendants remain defiant(for now).The fact that one by one,these WEALTHY,MAJOR companies have left Apple and Intels side to settle tells a lot.It looks like WIN has a very good chance of winning the trial,or settlements.Analysts are frantically raising their targets,Sprott is a big supporter,PLUS IT HAS A DIVIDEND,probably will be raised at some point...WARNING..the court case will be in a couple of weeks,and as talks drag on,there may be a lull in the stock price...JMHO,this stock looks good for now,as WIN has a very strong case(as proven by everyone else settling already).WATCH this stock for the next month...good luck,now go do your homework LOL!
