Lark ... I agree .. take precautiopns ... but forget the seeds ... it is not too late to buy rice and dried beans ... canned fish, olives, , canned tomoatoes, oil etc ... these simple staples in the hands of someone who knows how to cook can feed an enormous number of hungry.
