Been studying NES over the weekend. Here's a few points worth noting, the rest is on their website which is comprehensive and well organized.
- Mexico - mining friendly - Guerrero - a bit wild on the fringes (I was there in the mid 80's) but.....
-Goldcorp (Los Filos) nearby - biggest producing gold mine in Mexico, so security shouldn't be an issue.
- district already has 15 MM oz. over several deposits.
- Lundin on board - vote of confidence
- recent financing - cashed up - no near term dilution
- land position, both surface and mineral secure for 10 years.
