According to an interview with Jay Taylor and Chen, Sprott purchased 10% of NKL in the open market. He also had the below comments;

Deposit could be the next Pebble Beach ( Massive mine in Alaska)

Geologists who visited the site were very impressed as were both Jay and Chen

Very important drilling results about to be released, could be the catalyst in driving NKL higher

Good potential of more exploration and higher grade

Much easier to get permit in Yukon

Geologist on site thinks this could be the largest deposit discovered
