The best part of this interview is the bit about the trucks.

I guess you would have rocks falling off if you tried to run 45 tons in a 30 ton truck. You'd also be impounded and fined if you ran over a highway scale just about anywhere in the developed world. I just roared when I heard that. We're not cheating on our production numbers - we just overload our trucks by 50%!
