I think this is an excellent forum, covering as it does a wide range of valuable, interesting and some humourous posts. Sadly, though, I am here just now with a quibble, not a palm leaf.

The quibble is: many times I come across a posting obviously not the work of the poster, but of some unstated source. Nothing at the front end, sometimes but not always at the bottom and sometimes buried in the body.

It would be so helpful if all posters would just start each entry with the source clearly indicated so we don't have to struggle to find it. I am one, and there must be others, who need to know as I am reading just where it came from -- Joe Blow the notorious extreme right winger or Sam Spade, the Commie-tinged leftist, Martha DoGood never heard from before and will never be heard from again -- that sort of idea, to give the reading a bit of character.
