OK, now I get it. Correa's term ends Aug 2013 at which point he has to stand for re-election. I guess Tye was counting on him being gone.

So, is there a way to get rid of Tye Burt before Apr. 2013 (the deadline) or is he too entrenched? Not that I really care, but anyone still holding the stock might.
