some very good technical charts would suggest break outs are imminent ... the 40 year cup and handle on silver combined with having broke out above the resistance on a flag pattern along with gold's upward movement would suggest a break out may very well be underway. Combine that with shortages in physical especially for silver and some optimism seems reasonable.
