Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: URA) announces that the company has issued 100,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.125 as part of a finder's fee related to the acquisition of the Company's Yukon Gold properties.
In addition, the Company has issused 100,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.125 as part of shares for services.
These shares issuances are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
