Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (URA on TSX.V) (the "Company") is pleased announce the appointment of Rob Sinclaire CIM, FCSI as the business development consultant for the company. Rob has been in the financial services industry for the past 20 years, much of that time as a broker and investment advisor. Since 2002, Mr. Sinclaire has focused his attention on the natural resource sector and has played a key role in the initial staging and financing of such companies as Clifton Star Resources (TSX: CFO), Uranium One (TSX: UUU) and Quizam Media (TSX: QQ). Recently Rob served as President and Director of Dorex Minerals Inc. (TSX: DOX).

The Company will be issuing 300,000 stock options to consultants at a price of $0.15 with a five year term. These options will vest according to the Company stock plan. These options are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

It is with great sadness and regret that we announce the passing of Robert J MacPherson, a Company Director. Mr. MacPherson joined the Board of Directors after a long and distinguished career as President of the Grain Workers Union and trustee of the Union pension fund.
