I'm long ACT but not impressed with the short form for more shares, though I suppose it can be defended if more $s are needed. Worse is giving 7,000,000 (that's right, 7 million) stock options at 0.11 to Cameron Sturgess out to 2014. It doesn't help us little guys to have this kind of dilution in the wings. Just my 2 cents.
