It looks like the step in the right direction from the change of administration at MSHA. If they follow it up with teeth than there should be some movement in sales over this year.
We held our 50% gain since the new year and if it continues to hold or gain slightly, than someone may know things are in the works. If we fall back, it may be simple manipulation.
