I just looked at every company that has an approved system and not one has announced a PO. This is ridiculous. There has to be at least one company in the US ready to spend the money. If they know they have to, why such a delay? Obama has made it clear that he supports this initiative. Either the POs will come in a bunch, or this is gonna take longer than anyone of could imagine.

May be time for another touch-base with MSHA, not about how many ERPs have been approved, but why none of the companies are going to the next step.
