(the "Company") (TSX:FXA) announced today that Ross Montagano, Chief Operating Officer, will be leaving the Company effective June 1, 2009, as part of an internal corporate restructuring. Mr. Montagano will continue to be available to the Company during a transition period. The Company wishes Mr. Montagano success in his future endeavors and thanks him for his dedication and efforts on our behalf over the past two years.
