Size of 9th Uranium-Bearing Structure More Than Doubles to 350m in Length, Still Open

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Nov. 25, 2010 (Marketwire) -- U3O8 Corp. (TSX VENTURE:UWE), a Canadian-based company focused on uranium exploration and resource expansion in South America, reports that drilling has more than doubled the size of the Aricheng C structure in the Kurupung Batholith in Guyana (Figure 1). This ninth uranium-bearing zone now extends 350 metres ("m") long, and is open along trend and at depth. Results from scout drilling suggest that the Kurupung structures identified to date may contain a conceptual target of 13-18 million tonnes at a grade of 0.08% to 0.10% U3O8 (for an estimated 30-32 million pounds ("mlb") U3O8) including the initial National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") resource estimate of 5.8mlb U3O8 Indicated and 1.3mlb U3O8 Inferred(1).

Barkerville Announces Closing of $5,000,000 Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 25, 2010) - Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:BGM)(FRANKFURT:IWUB) (the "Company") announces today that it has completed its private placement financing previously announced on November 15, 2010, with certain institutional and accredited buyers who purchased an aggregate of 3,846,154 common shares of the Company at a price of $1.30 per common share for gross proceeds of $5,000,000 (all figures $CDN).

The proceeds of the private placement will be used, subject to approvals under the Mines Act (British Columbia), to commence mining operations at the Bonanza Ledge proposed open pit mine, further development and drilling of the Company's assets and for general working capital purposes.

Commerce Resources Corp. Intersects 2.02% TREO over 303.42 m at the Eldor Property, Quebec and up to 33% Heavies

Commerce Resources Corp. (TSXv: CCE)

reports that it is in receipt of analytical results for drill holes EC10-046 and EC10-047 at the Eldor Project, Quebec.

EC10-046 and EC10-047 are located 250 m and 170 m, respectively, northwest of EC10-028 (1.95% Total Rare Earth Oxides ("TREO") over 243.84 m) and were collared in mineralization which continued over their entire lengths. Both were vertical drill holes and, given a cone-shaped model for the Ashram REE Zone, are near to true thickness. Further, both holes bottomed in mineralization as the drill approached its maximum depth capabilities.
