LDK Solar Signs Multi-Year Wafer and Polysilicon Supply Contract With Lu'an Group

XINYU CITY, China and SUNNYVALE, Calif., Dec. 8, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- LDK Solar Co., Ltd. ("LDK Solar") (NYSE:LDK - News), a leading manufacturer of multicrystalline solar wafers and PV products, today announced that the Company has entered into a multi-year wafer and polysilicon supply contract with Shanxi Lu'an Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Lu'an Group, a leading Chinese energy enterprise. Under terms of the contract, LDK Solar will provide 120 megawatts (MW) of solar wafers commencing in January 2011 through December 2012 and 2,000 metric tons of polysilicon commencing in January 2011 through February 2013.

Seafield Reports 1.75 g/t Gold Over 94 Metres in Trench From Dosquebradas, Quinchia Gold Project, Colombia

Seafield Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SFF)

is continuing its exploration program on its 6,757 hectare Quinchia gold project in the Department of Risaralda, Colombia. Following completion of the drill program at the Miraflores gold-bearing breccia body, the diamond drill has now been moved about three kilometres to the northwest, to the Dosquebradas area to extend the gold mineralized porphyry discovered in 2006.

Trenching in one location at the southern end of the anomaly has exposed sheeted quartz veinlets crosscutting quartz diorite porphyry and basalt wall-rock and containing iron-rich weathering products after magnetite or sulfides. Continuous channel samples, each two metres in length, collected from the trench returned the following widths and gold grades:
