NI43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate Reports Significant Contained Ounces of Gold for the East Coldstream Gold Deposit in Northwestern Ontario

pleased to announce the receipt of a draft of an NI43-101 Technical Report ( the "Report") including a Mineral Resource Estimate for the East Coldstream Gold Deposit ("Deposit") located on the Coldstream Property (the "Property) in Northwestern Ontario. There are currently four other significant gold targets (e.g., Iris Lake, Goldie Zone, Burchell West and Span Lake) on the Property, which are not part of the current resource estimates.

-Inferred Resource contains approximately 763,200 ounces of gold

-Indicated Resource contains approximately 96,400 ounces gold

-East Coldstream Deposit occurs at surface and is open in both strike and dip

-Awaiting assay results from recent drilling at Iris Lake located 1.5 km north of the East Coldstream Deposit

Carpathian's Latest Drill Results, Including 438 m of 0.83 g/t Au & 0.19% Cu, Confirm Continuing Expansion of the Ciresata Deposit, Romania

Carpathian Gold Inc. (TSX:CPN)

wishes to provide further results from its 35,000 metre 2011 diamond drill program at the Corporation's 100% owned Rovina Valley Project ("RVP") in west-central Romania. The RVP includes three Au-Cu porphyries discovered by the Corporation. The focus of the 2011 drilling program is the gold-rich Ciresata copper porphyry deposit. Five drill rigs are presently working at the Ciresata deposit, with the objectives of defining the deposit limits and upgrading the inferred resource to the measured plus indicated resource categories.

Constantine Reports Final Drill Results at Munro-Croesus Gold Project, Ontario; (18.79 g/t gold over 4.10 meters including 166.5 g/t gold over 0.40 meters)

is pleased to announce the final round of results, with several new high-grade gold intersections, from the 100% owned Munro-Croesus Gold Project drill program located 75 kilometers east of Timmins, Ontario. The 7280 meter drill program tested the Croesus Mine target at shallow and moderate depths, and the Four Corners property at the Canamax and Perry Pond targets (Figure 1).

Near surface high-grade veins have been intersected in both the hanging wall and footwall to the main high-grade Croesus Mine vein structure, including intercepts of 18.79 g/t gold over 4.10 meters in MC11-C38 and 18.03 g/t gold over 1.24 meters in MC11-20.
