Important Notice Regarding Website Upgrade

Dear Members.
We want to thank you all for your participation and contributions within the AGORACOM Community. As previously announced we successfully migrated AGORACOM away from our current host Amazon (Yes, THE Amazon) due to unsatisfactory downtime issues we have experienced with Amazon late last year.
However we have received a few messages from members desribing small problems with our website. While these should not affect the discussion forums or other key areas of our website (e.g. processing violations or editing your profile or HUB menus) but we are aware that even the slightest inconcistency is a hindrance and we want to work with you to sort them out.
If you come accross an error on our website, please send an email to errors@agoracom.com with the following:
1. A description of the error (e.g. - I tried to upload an avatar and got an error message / went to blank page)
2. The time of the error
3. If possible the link of the page you were currently viewing
To keep abreast with any developments, we advise you to subscribe to the AGORACOM BLOG and Twitter account. These two important mediums offer you an alternative way to contact us at either if you have any issues and can’t reach us through the site.
We trust the above to be satisfactory as we strive to continually provide you with a great AGORACOM experience.
