ATI AIRTEST TECHNOLOGIES INC. CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

ATI Airtest Technologies Inc. has closed its non-brokered private placement financing previously reported in Stockwatch on July 30, 2008, for gross proceeds of $100,000. The company will issue two million units at a price of five cents per unit to four placees. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, entitling the holder to acquire one common share for two years at an exercise price of 10 cents. The shares and any shares acquired upon exercise of the warrants are subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issue.
