I noticed the nibbles as well,but no-one giving in.There was only 100k @4 just before the open when I had to leave.

The timing of the possible otcbb and the financials is just too coincidental. Or very well planned by people who know what their doing. [ Shrewd company management ]

That of course is only my opinion and the way I see things.
