I had a Scott trade account years ago and dumped them because they would not let me buy the pennies without charging for volume they never seemed too good for OTC trades. Get an account with TD Ameritrade they have the routing to get you the shares of smaller Canadian stocks with OTC symbols that may not trade so much. For many years I have been investing in the Canadian junior golds using TD Ameritrade and think they are great.
