AIRTEST RECEIVES $90K BLANKET ORDER FROM LEADING CONTROLS COMPANY
ATI Airtest Technologies Inc. has received a $90,000 order for carbon dioxide (CO(2)) sensor products to be integrated into the products offered by WattMaster Controls Inc., a Kansas City-based manufacturer of controls used by building contractors and major HVAC equipment manufacturers. This is the initial order, however WattMaster has confirmed that going forward, they will be including the Airtest CO2 sensor as a standard component in one of their regular production control systems.
The CO(2) sensors WattMaster has ordered are compact sensor modules designed to be easily integrated into Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") electronic products. The sensor is very low profile and can easily be designed into most wall-mount enclosures typically used for sensing temperature or other indoor environmental parameters. The sensor is self-calibrating and requires no maintenance over its 15 year rated life. According to Mike Hobbs, President of WattMaster, "We decided to work with Airtest because of the depth of their product and application knowledge, plus the fact that they offered the best product for our application that requires us to control building ventilation based on CO(2) levels."
