Heres an update on Mike Schells trip to the Phillipines

As a result of his time there, Airtest has been invited to bid on 12 shopping mall projects in Manila [Note. i previously erred and said parking gargaes).

Estimates would be in the 500000 net to airtest category from these 12 centers.

Currently, due to the heat and antiquated technology, the system runs full out 24/7. With the installation of the new remote AAT devices, costs on hydro which is very high in this country would be reduced by 25-40%. Thats every day forever. Payback on the entire system would be within a year.

The 12 bids are to a group holding another 100 additional shopping centers in Manila. the Phillipines and Malaysia.

I dont know how good a 3c deal can be...it is purely a matter of time before the rocket fuel kicks in. I will be posting more news after a discussion with company president George Graham either Friday or early next week.

Adding to your pile at 3c is inexpensive and shrewd IMO
