AAT…an MC exclusive on whats the latest

My weekly state of the union discussion today was very buoyant. I told
George in fact that his tone was ‘bubbly and positive’ which just wasnt me
scratching his back.

Asking for an interview with VP and director Mike Shell, he laughingly said
he wasn’t sure if Mike could stop long enough to put another phone in his
other ear!

So here is what i got from the president. Disclosure rules inhibit his
ability to give detail ..

Clairtec, our subsidiary continues to design , upgrade and tweak
demonstration models for different applications and practical use of our new
tech. Oakridge Labs will be receiving prototype units to test and provide
third party validation on our new sensor technology. We expect Oakridge will
commence testing around the end of April.

Financially, AirTest is taking steps to do a small initial placement, which
should set the stage for a larger ($2 million) first stage financing. There
are many possibilities and also many bear traps.so management will be
careful in its assessments of each financing proposal. It will take time but
be worth the wait. The company has taken the necessary steps to ensure it
continues to support development of the new technology.

Airtest’s core business continues making waves and contracts and proposals
are keeping everyone jumping. George expects additional employees and
contracters to be in the AAT fold soon, both management and support staff.

Among contracts done and pending are movie theater renos. Fifteen were
completed earlier in California with energy savings hitting expected levels.
The installing company is thrilled with our product and price and has
committed to AirTest exclusively in its ongoing theater retrofit program,
which will provide extensive business to AirTest.

The company has many other large volume pending projects that all represent
new business, this due to the current fast growing trend to saving energy
using CO2 sensor controlled ventilation in variable occupancy buildings.

Airtest’s year end financials are due to be released shortly. Noteworthy
will be the continued upswing in sales in both the CO2 and NO2 sensors. We
can expect that when our new sensors, which will have improved accuracy and
long term stability, hit the market, sales will be in multiples. The new
tech is moving forward accord to plan I am also informed…The future of
this little choo choo continues to be more than just promising.

All for now
