Airtest in October and beyond

At a flatline price of 2 1/2 cents, you might think the worst of AAT, “geez why is it trading here? Things must be bad” is the market inference.

I call George Graham and his people tell me hes in meetings…all day….again”. Either he doesnt like talking with me (not), he is taking reps as fourth string quarterback for his Blue Bombers (not…but you would be up to bat George), or he is actually busy busy.

With the purchase orders stacked up in the inbox, an expanded staff to manage, and enquiries in unequalled numbers he is busy. Add the fact that he is in advanced discussions for financing for our Clairtec subsidiary….and busy busy is the correct adjective.

The markets is more reflecting of weary and/or underinformed shareholders who are bored with waiting for the promised land of the Great Pumpkin rising over the November sky as in the Charlie brown comic. The word ‘rollback” elicits fear in penny market players. Remember…look beyond the word and it comes with the words…’subject to financing’

george Graham is NOT the typical VSE paper shuffler who wants to tighten up his float, pump the price and unload. A solid foundation for the recapitalised company has been built. Cash flow…yes….. positive monthly surplus now exists, and has for nearly six months. Clearly a cash injection is needed to fund our ultra exciting subsidiaries purchased technology. George has creatively offered a win/win situation for both shareholders and new investors

Shareholders will get the project financed and get the upswing in the pumpkin patch of the tsx venture scoresheet.

Investors get immediate benefit of a publically traded company to measure thier success, plus get a 20 per cent or so ownership in the entire operation. From my perch its a very attractive and inexpensive risk for a player in the DCV and sensor business.

So we wait. Heres hoping news of the developments are made public as soon as finalised. For now…stock at 2 1/2c translates into 15c paper in the event of a 6/1 restructuring. It is a good gamble in my opinion
