Thats quite a loaded statement……out it under the bright white light and it tells you how the miracle of oversubscription has happened

It tells us that the product, whatever it is has already been tested and proven by our oakridge test lab.

It tells us that since “commercial production’ is scheduled for early next year, that negotiations with a manufacturer are completed. The manufacturer must be assured with the performance. or have preliminary agreements that they can be paid for.,,,or both. I would think a letter of intent from a distributor or end user must be in place, at least informally for a commitment such as this.,

The 9 placees surely must see the big picture. A peek at the list of placees would be interesting indeed, but that is not about to surface for four months. They seem to think paying twice the current level is worth it. They seem to fear not that there will be any rollback, something which Mr Graham has reassured me personally of, subject to the closing of this financing.

A combination of these things have given confidence to these ‘sophisticated investors’ . Sometimes being a plebian type has its benefits…like letting the big boys doing the heavy lifting and acting on a telegraphed sure thing which is about to unfold. All we need do is pick up the scraps
