From touring some of the other BBs it appears that there are some questioning the latest PP. IMHO the company saw some "Safe hands" to place some APH into without too much fear that they might have to face these shares any time soon in the open market. If someone wanted a piece of the APH pie, this would be the perfect marriage - APH generates $525,000 (Which they may or may not need in the near future) & the investor gets into a nice situation at the ground level. I think that given the Mngt. of this company, we will once again not have to fear an onslaught of cheap shares flooding the market once these shares are freed up. Pending the total amount this investor ends up with at .30 -1 yr , .45 - 2 yrs. this PP could be good for all involved.
