I am talking about another/new PP, not talking about any old PP as they can't cancel already approved PP.

I asked the question when this was trading at 1.50 and the answer was no PP is in the works, despite the fact that many were knocking their door. Why? two logical answers:

1- They only issue PP to those that will boost SP and will not simply dump when they can. So it might be a case where they did not find such a group.

2- Something better than a PP is going on. what would that be is anybody's guess.

Using logic and past history, I do not think the first is true.
