Just reading this post, it seems apparent you have not listened to TO's interviews. If you did, he addresses the treasury, the cash on hand, and where the cash is going. He talks about the tresury having more cash than they anticipated, and that they were able to move much quicker that originally planned.

Venture pharmacuetical companies that are in startup are not expecting to line their coffures with sales. Governments to not jump into bed with startup penny stock companies.

Sit back, stop worrying, and try to learn something. You don't know anything about their "monthly burn rate" so stop making yourself out as an idiot in your posts. I for one sure have no interest in reading your posts if they are not ojectve or constructive. There is nothing worse than a whiner IMO.

If you had listened, most likely you would not have chased this stock up and ended up in the position you are in. Now you have no choice but to wait it out, but it will come around - it's just a matter of when.
