Maybe TechnicalBuy or alcollard could give you a satisfactory answer to your question. As for me I don't have a problem with it, there has been no major sell offs because of it! If you want to sleep at night and be a APH.V shareholder, I think you need to buy into TO's plans. All the best with your investing.
