"It is contradictory when the author states, “TO could not deliver on his timeline with the DIN, branding, and retail announcements”, and later declares, “I hold TO in the highest regard based on his proven track record, ability to deliver, and the fact he is an educated man.” Whenever I hear such contradictory statements as those, I get the impression that the speaker is likely a basher who wants to pick up cheap shares but attempts to portray himself as a company supporter in the eyes of loyal investors. "

My comments are quite explanitory and I think your analysis blinds you from the actual content. I will try to break it down in little chucks that make it easier for you to understand. I posted on March 29 "There has always been a consistency to Owen's plans. He mapped everything out in a timeline and has picked off each item as it became due"

Based on this, I held him and his credibilty in high regard and this in fact was a contributing factor that kept me in Alda over the rough times. I have been in APH since September, 2007. In October he announced we would be receiving the DIN soon and that it was normally a 60-day process. The DIN was very instrumental in getting the product on the shelves of the drugstores and the announcement for that date the end of the first quarter, start of the second quarter.

If you take the 12 months of the year and divide it into quarters, the first quarter finishes at the end of April and the second quarter starts the begining of May.

When the DIN didn't arrive when the investors expected it, or even months after that, and the product didn't get on the shelves, is is quite accurate to say "TO could not deliver on his timeline". You do not have to be a literary major to understand that.

It was no fault of TO and I do not imply in an way it was - this is mearly a fact that was the end result of a long chain of sequences. This shook the confidence of many investors and the market spoke for itself. As a matter of fact, all you hear about in confeences and forums these days is anticipation for the arrival of the DIN like it was some long-awaited mesiah.

I have it from a privledged source that given the unforseen circumstances surrounding the issuance of the DIN and the negative impact this may have had on Alda, TO will not be attaching dates to future events. I am also privy to the contracts in place and what stores and/or chains will be stocking the products once these issues are cleared up.

For those that don't know, apart from the illness of the Health Canada emplyee handling the application, Alda had applied for a DIN based on a product with one active ingredient. As it turns out, the product has three active ingredients and the application process had to be revised and under the direction of a new person at Health Canada.

I think my posts speak for themselves in a positive manner and I am saddened at your loss if all you can comprehend are contradictions, bashing and complaining on my part.

If you find my posts malicious, section 6 of the terms and conditions of Agoracom address this and you should take your complaints up with the management. I am quite certain they will give you an open ear.

In the mean time, I welcome you comments and will do my best to clarify any misunderstandings.
