I went back and reread my post because it appears it was taken out of context and my demeaner was not conveyed accurately. Sometime these things are difficult to do in e-mails and forum posts.

In the past, many of us complained about fluff news that appeared to drag the stock price down because it looked like a stall tactic. Many people either did not know or did not understand the circumstances behind the delay. I am sure that after issuing options at .80 cents to staff and contractors, TO was not happy to see the SP sink.

TO could not deliver on his timeline with the DIN, branding, and retail announcements and I "speculate" whether they gave us what they could with the best of intentions as the SP sank.

IN A PERFECT WORLD, that kind of information would have better been released as a package but I fully inderstand we are dealing with a totally unexpected set of circumstances. I know that as the market declines, behind the scenes TO is doing waht he does best looking after the details for all the events ahead.

I hold TO in the highest regard based on his proven track record, ability to deliver, and the fact he is an educated man.

Finally, I have phoned the company on several occassions and talked to Scott last month. Others including TB have been providing excellent information and satisfying my curiosity so I did not feel I had anything to add contacting the company any more than I have.

In closing, I do not think your conduct or your attempts at degredation say much for your character but I am sure your peers will speak to that. I can't say I walk away from your post with a 'new found' respect for you, but nevertheless, I wish you all the best in your investments and hope that anything I share in the future might be of some benifit to you or others.
