The markets are dictating the share price of the small caps at this point. As the markets falter so do our penny stocks. I own Alda and Act, 2 great companies wth 2 great stories but both have the same story this year. They've both gone through great highs with the expectations of a major breakout due to the fact they are about to emerge to the next level. The fundamentals of both are very sound but it's the final news that will be the catalyst to these new highs and we await these releases.

Both have fallen to lows I thought neither would ever see again, and again it's based on a lack of news and a time frame that has far exceeded what I thought it would take.

The Din # has stopped all the momentum in this stock as it prevents sales on the shelves just like MSHA approvals for Activemine has completely stalled sales contracts of Act. Once the momentum stopped and then the markets began to fall both stocks have fallen off the face of the earth.

Are we worried? You bet we are as we've seen a large financial position dwindle down. It's been very difficult to hold on being down so far but again, we like the companies, we believe in the products and the fundamentals are definitely there. Also we are only down when we sell it off.

So we wait until the news finally breaks and we hope that the markets turn as well. There is money to be made here for those that do hold on as we know and believe in the companies and products.
