I am against the removal or editing of posts in this and any other forum. It is my opinion that we should be accountable for what we post and that we be judged and regulated by our peers and not by moderators. This encourages us to think twice before we submit lest we be ostracized by our contemporaries.

If a post was not accurate with respect to the delinquency of Alda, the post should still remain as part of the chronology that makes up the discussion here. The post(s) serve to add (or detract) from the credibility of the member.

If a member is not in compliance in this forum for whatever reason, he may be ignored or not taken seriously by other members and this should all be part of the record. Removing posts serves no useful purpose in a discussion forum and gives a one-sided and distorted perspective of the discussion from the eyes of a select few that sit at the helm and have the ability to remove and alter posts.
