"One could conclude that when Alda starts trading on the OTCBS, it will be fundamentally underpriced."
I am not so sure APH is currently undervalued. Remember we have a start up pharma company here, that has failed to live up to announced timelines. The DIN # screw up basically caused a bottleneck in APH's plans. However the DIN# fiasco is now behind us.
APH just got the bottleneck problem fixed and as bad luck would have it, the market was right in the middle of a major meltdown. It appears Owens then made the decision to delay launching his product line until the market improved. I think he made a wise decision. This delay has probably worked to APH's advantage, it has given Owens the added time to get all his t's crossed and i's dotted.
The marketing agreements should all be ready to go, and hopefully the packaging design have been decided on by now. The product manufacturing facility should also be ready to go and I would expect to be hearing news on this at any time. It was my understanding the hand cleanser product would be manufactured in Canada and the wipes would be imported from China. I haven't heard that this plan has been changed. Anyone step in and correct me if I am wrong on this one.
All thats left is to decide is when to announce the US listing. Then announcements of all the above, will give the share price the boost we all here are so desperately looking for. Having a huge investor base to draw from in the US, sure won't hurt our share price, if all goes to plan. Not sure how high all these announcements will take the share price, but realistically, I certainly expect it to be much higher than current levels. JMHO
Once everything has fallen into place and the product is finally on store shelves, APH becomes a growth stock. It's share price will grow directly related to the bottom line. The quarterly sales revenues will decide just how far this little start up pharma moves up the market food chain.
There will be numerous ups and downs getting to this point and many stories to be told, that I haven't touched on here. But remember it has always been Owens plan to sell this company, once he has got it built. I bought this stock a year ago with a plan to see it to the end. I liked the story then and I still like it now. My core position remains in tact, I have faith that Terry Owens will lead me to the promised land !!!
My bet is in a couple of weeks, people will be kicking themselves for not loading up at current share prices. Opportunity knocks, its what you do with this opportunity that counts. Best of luck to all the faithful.
