There seems to be a thought that news will be released next week. That is the consensus I'm reading from the posts today.

Another possibility would be to release it tomorrow to gain better legs for a run up. Releasing tomorrow would be timely due to the fact it's the end of summer trading tomorrow. Fund managers etc should be back in full swing Tuesday and looking for bargains and money makers to cover losers in the portfolio. So if the NR happened Friday and began a run, Tuesday morning would show this stock on the move and create a buzz for buying in.

The other thing that may help is word of mouth over the long weekend. People letting friends know brings more to the table on Tuesday and agaiin helps to create the buzz for a bigger run.
