I disagree, this is not the 'big market' here. There is always "soft" news which may not reflect something that may be concidered "Company altering". Things not tied to specific Govt. agencies, with little or no real paper trail can always be held on to for a little while. Things also that require Alda's legal department to sign (cross the T's & dot the I's ect) can be dragged out untill TO gives them the OK to finalize. I once was involved (as a share holder) with a company long term. I got to know the CEO quite well & posed that same question to him. It was done all the time, on what was once the VSE & ASE. The key is the paper trail... Hard news ie Permits, interaction between outside agencies, contracts between two public companies ect. were disclosed in a timely manner. Soft news such as production starting, changes within the company, foreign deals with non reporting partners, marketing plans or future conciderations can always be manipulated to some extent. Do any of us here, that watched the N/R per week leading up to March 2008, believe that there have been no real significant events happen to APH in the last six months? This company got it's SP slapped on several N/Rs following the debacle with the US patent & NR's simply stopped - WHY? - Paul
