Why would not TO buy shares at these lows?

He has all his funds locked into Alda (he even owns the building) and his last few shares that he sold were due to the fact that he simply needed some funds for personal purposes.

TB and another MM are sweeping what they can.

I snagged 10k @ 23-25 today, because when this story was only starting 14 months ago I bought in the 18. So after al what they have done and with the US listing coming anytime my bet is that I will make a good flip on my traders and keep my core till we are back in momo.
