No there was a 2 cent difference in the bid and ask for most for of the day and with all the uncertainty out there not many wanted to pay to play. Also later on there was a large block for sale 39500 shares i think someone picked off the 500 to push up the price 1/2 a cent in the last 20 minutes or so. With the 39000 shares sitting at the ask price some short term potential buyers will not buy on low volume days because you will not make any money. The chances of that amount of stock being picked up are slim so you will have to hold over night. In this uncertain market that is a risk. I did get my wish we held at 19 and that is a plus in my books.
